They come down the stairs and Santa is in the kitchen making waffles. Two hours, one present you gave him in advance, and breakfast together.

Booking terms
The whole of it, in plain words.
Retainers
If your event total is more than $350, a 50% retainer is the minimum required to hold the date. At or under $350, payment is made in full at booking.
Cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancel inside 31 days and it is forfeited: Santa turned other families away to hold your date, and in December he rarely refills it.
Balance
Payment in full is required 30 days before your appearance.

Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Visa. Payment is made in advance.
Photographs and their use
Photograph and film all you like. Separately, Santa Magic asks permission to re-use images in its own publicity. That permission is yours to give or withhold at booking, and withholding it changes nothing else.
Proposed change — the current site states that photographs placed on social media are “deemed fair game” for re-use. An explicit, optional consent taken at booking is the safer footing for a business photographing children. Client and their counsel to rule.
